Little Kids Names is operated by satya, trading as Little Kids Names ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or purchasing a Premium subscription, you are entering into these Terms with satya. Contact: support@littlekidsnames.com.

By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Little Kids Names is a baby-name website providing search, meanings, origins, favorites, comparison, family voting, name insights, and related naming tools. A free tier is available with core features. Premium unlocks unlimited favorites, unlimited "Know About Your Name" insights, PDF export, advanced filters, and family voting.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, subscription billing, tax/VAT compliance, invoicing, refunds, and transaction support. Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement. Payment mechanics are additionally governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud, spam, scraping or automated bulk access, uploading malware, probing or breaching security, harassment of other users, or submitting content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or violates religious or cultural safety guidelines.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.

By submitting a name, meaning, or other content, you confirm the content is appropriate, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it. Submissions are reviewed by our moderators and may be approved, rejected, edited, or removed at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any submission will be published. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute approved submissions solely to operate the service.

The service — including its software, design, branding, curated name database and structure, editorial content, and Premium features — is owned by satya (Little Kids Names) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service, except as expressly permitted.

Name meanings, origins, lucky numbers, positive energy scores, and cultural or religious associations are provided for guidance and informational purposes only and may vary by culture, tradition, and source. Please verify important cultural or religious meanings with family or trusted references. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, satya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, and makes no guarantee of the completeness or correctness of any name data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if you paid nothing, USD 50). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
